Content Creation:
Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and other learning resources.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the sales team.
Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data, providing targeted coaching.
Mentorship & Coaching:
Offer ongoing mentorship and guidance to sales representatives to help them reach their full potential.
Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and developments to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
