Job Description

Performance Monitoring:

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitating open communication within the team, acting as a bridge between team members and management, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Conflict Resolution:

Addressing and resolving conflicts within the team, promoting positive relationships, and maintaining team morale.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and supporting their professional growth.

Resource Management:

Managing team resources effectively, including time, budget, and equipment.
