Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of tele callers to achieve sales targets.
Motivate, train, and monitor team performance on a regular basis.
Guide team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.
Ensure tele callers pitch and cross-sell insurance products effectively.
Prepare and share performance reports with management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines.
Support in resolving escalated customer issues.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years in the Insurance industry with strong product knowledge.
Leadership:
Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
