Job Overview
We are looking for a strong and responsible Team Leader to manage the sales team, guide daily operations, and ensure targets are achieved. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills, real estate experience, and the ability to support and motivate the team to deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and guide the sales team (sales executives + telecallers)
Assign daily tasks, follow-ups, and monthly targets to the team
Monitor team performance and ensure proper follow-up with clients
Conduct training sessions for new members and help improve sales skills
Coordinate site visits and support sales executives during client meetings
Maintain updated property inventory and share details with the team
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management
Resolve team issues and maintain a positive work environment
Help the team close deals and meet monthly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, new projects, pricing, and competition
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
Previous experience in team handling or leadership roles is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good understanding of the local real estate market
Must have own vehicle for fieldwork and site visits
Ability to handle pressure and deliver results
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
