Requirements

Age: 25 - 40 years Trivandrum natives and male candidates preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail / food service / supermarket / hypermarket (bakery experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems. Ability to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the bakery outlet Manage and motivate outlet staff Ensure excellent customer service Handle cash and billing Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards Monitor product quality and display Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
