Position: Team Leader



Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in

Civil Engineering

Master's degree in

Business Administration (MBA)


Experience



Minimum

9 years of professional experience

in implementing and/or managing

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems

Experience must be in

similar assignments

with one or more of the following organizations: Central Government Departments State Government Departments Corporations / PSUs Boards Autonomous Bodies Proven experience in

externally aided projects

, including involvement in

at least one project implemented under a Results-Based Financing (RBF) model


Key Responsibilities



Lead the overall implementation and management of Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks Coordinate with government stakeholders and implementing agencies Ensure compliance with project objectives, timelines, and reporting requirements Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the project team
