Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a team to ensure service delivery, process efficiency, and performance targets are met. This role includes coaching team members, monitoring KPIs, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of [insert number] operations staff to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback. Ensure adherence to operational processes, quality standards, and company policies. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and promote a positive work environment. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Quality Assurance) to support operational efficiency. Generate performance and productivity reports and submit to management. Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and cost-saving measures. Handle escalated issues and customer complaints, ensuring a high level of service delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
