. You will be responsible for supervising the sales team, achieving store targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of retail sales executives
Drive sales of small appliances through effective team motivation and customer engagement
Ensure all team members meet or exceed sales targets
Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, including display, stock, and customer service
Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of sales staff
Maintain store hygiene, merchandising, and branding standards
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with the back office, warehouse, and service team for seamless operations
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
retail sales of small appliances
Proven
team management or supervisory
experience in a retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service mindset and sales-driven attitude
Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends or holidays if required
