How will you make an impact in this role?

Directs security officers to provide cost-effective, quality delivery of security services for the protection of company assets, including its reputation, financial resources, property and employees, from unlawful use, loss and/or damage.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to work independently while keeping the Director, Security Services, apprised of the development of all security incidents.

• Develop and implement security programs and procedures

• Conduct security audits, risk assessments and physical site reviews

• Supervise and coordinate with contract security management to ensure security officers are managed effectively and/or directly supervise personnel responsible for monitoring facility access, doing security rounds, monitoring alarm and surveillance equipment

• Communicate with business leaders about their security-related business needs. Work to improve safety and security, prevent security incidents, and minimize business disruption due to security incidents

• Respond to reports of wrongdoing involving persons and property; Investigate accidents, injuries and violence in the workplace issues

• Conduct Executive Protection assignments as assigned

• Manage and/or participate on the local Crisis Response Team

• Ensure and facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Continuity planning for security function if assigned

• Ensure safe and secure transport of female colleagues using company transport

• Work with local and national law enforcement and/or government security agencies

Assist GS Investigation team regarding credit card fraud related cases and take further action as deemed.

• Other duties as assigned by the Director, Security Services, not specified above.

• Required to be on call 24/7/365.
