, ensuring lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting are accurately maintained in line with Oben Electric's digital-first strategy.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
Assign targets, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets individual and collective sales goals.
Coach and mentor sales executives to improve skills and product knowledge.
Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews.
2. Customer Experience:
Ensure every customer is guided through a premium, consultative sales process.
Handle key clients and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Address and resolve escalated customer issues effectively and promptly.
Ensure post-sales follow-up and relationship management.
3. Sales Operations & Target Achievement:
Drive the sales of Oben Electric motorcycles, accessories, and financing solutions.
Track inquiries, test rides, and conversions.
Support and participate in marketing campaigns, test ride events, and community outreach.
Manage showroom display standards and brand presentation.
4. Salesforce CRM Operations & Updates:
Ensure all team members maintain accurate and timely updates in
Salesforce CRM
.
Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and customer interactions through Salesforce dashboards.
Train and guide the team on best practices for Salesforce usage.
Generate reports from Salesforce to analyze lead conversion rates, pipeline health, and overall performance.
Liaise with regional Oben Electric teams for CRM-related compliance and improvements.
5. Reporting & Inventory Coordination:
Maintain and share sales reports with dealership and brand management.
Coordinate with the inventory and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
Provide customer and market feedback to improve dealership performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of automobile/two-wheeler sales experience
, with
1-2 years in a team lead role
.
Hands-on experience using
Salesforce CRM
or any automotive CRM tool is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge or experience in electric vehicles (EVs) is a strong plus.
