Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
Monitor daily sales activities and performance, providing regular feedback and guidance.
Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales with at least
2-5 years
in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
