Team Leader & Sales Executives
to drive sales of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles in the assigned territories. The role involves outdoor sales, customer acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles in assigned areas.
Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain dealer/customer network.
Coordinate with finance & service teams for smooth delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Team Management.
Team Handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Passion for sales and fieldwork.
Two-wheeler preferred.
