Job Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Telecallers
Work on verified leads provided by the company
Ensure regular calling, follow-ups, and client engagement by the team
Handle client meetings and accompany customers for site visits
Take ownership of deal closures and achieving monthly sales targets
Train and develop team members to improve productivity and performance
Track daily performance and maintain proper sales reports
Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4-15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Prior experience in team handling is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Should be enthusiastic and self-motivated
