Roles and Responsibilities:

Team Handling

Maintaining sales database on weekly basis

Providing guidance to team members on deal closing

Ensuring that team's sales targets are achieved

Keeping Update of the Market

Providing adequate training to Team

Skills Required:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate Industry

Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Handling

Assertiveness

Excellent Communication

Should have own vehicle for transportation

Willingness to travel within PMC/PCMC Area

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Work Location: In person
