Qualifications and Skills :

• Minimum 1 experience in collection, banking sales, outbound process, insurance sales team handling.
• Good communication in Hindi with English
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Diploma/graduates/post graduates

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Provide sales training and mentorship to team members
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales goals alignment
