- Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
- Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards.
- Any matter which may affect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management
- Check for guest satisfaction and attend to guest\xe2\x80\x99s request or inquiries regarding food & beverage services.
- 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 industry experience in upmarket brands with minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Good Communication skills.
