Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate the collection team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Allocate daily field activities and monitor team performance
Ensure timely collection of EMI and overdue amounts
Conduct regular field visits with team members
Handle escalated customer cases and resolve payment-related issues
Maintain discipline and productivity within the team
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Coordinate with branch staff for smooth operations
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of collection processes and field operations
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline preferred)
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in collections, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team handling role
Experience in NBFC/Finance/Vehicle Loan industry preferred
CTC / Salary:
As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
