Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceAnswer questions about services of the companyEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the company's reputationGo the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationGraduate with 0-2 years of experience as online sales representative or other sales/customer service roleGood knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsGood communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsComplete monthly sales Target.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve the acquired customer issue, provide faster resolutionsSubmitting Daily call reports to Reporting Manager.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthJadwal:
