Team Leader (Admissions Support)
who can lead, motivate, and manage a remote tele sales/admission team to achieve enrollment targets and ensure high student/parent satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tele sales/admission executives working from home.
Drive
daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
and ensure team performance.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Ensure high-quality support and timely responses to student/parent inquiries.
Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the team.
Maintain discipline, attendance tracking, and reporting for the team.
Ensure CRM/system usage compliance and accurate admission documentation.
Generate and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
Support revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling of courses.
Maintain a positive, motivating work culture to reduce attrition.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Team Performance & Productivity
Daily/Weekly Target Achievement (% of admissions closed).
Lead Conversion Rate (leads assigned vs. admissions).
Average Response Time & Follow-Up Compliance.
Attendance & Discipline (Work-from-home login adherence).
Training & Development sessions conducted.
Attrition Rate (team member retention).
Coaching for low-performing team members.
4. Operational Efficiency
CRM Usage Compliance (100% accurate updates).
Admission Process Accuracy (error-free documentation).
Timely submission of MIS reports.
5. Revenue & Growth Contribution
Team Admission Target Achievement.
Upselling & Cross-Selling performance.
Cost per Admission (CPA) control.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
admissions support, sales, or telecalling
(education sector preferred).
Minimum
1-2 years of team leading/supervisory experience
.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Ability to motivate remote teams and meet targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
