Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Team Leader
to manage our telecaller team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, meeting targets, and leading high-performing teams. This role involves driving sales performance, maintaining team productivity, ensuring targets are met, and preparing detailed performance reports. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, coach and mentor team members, and ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership
:
Manage, mentor, and lead a team of telecallers to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that motivates the team to achieve targets.
Sales Management
:
Drive the team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
Implement sales strategies to improve call conversion rates and maximize revenue.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Analytics
:
Prepare and submit detailed sales and team performance reports.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and suggest improvements.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
Quality Control
:
Ensure calls meet quality standards and that team members adhere to company guidelines and customer service protocols.
Implement effective call scripts, objection handling techniques, and improve telecalling scripts as necessary.
Collaboration
:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree (Graduation)
in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in team leading and managing a telecaller or sales team.
Prior experience in
sales or telesales
with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and CRM software.
Attributes:
Target-driven, organized, and proactive.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle pressure and motivate the team effectively.
