Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Monitor daily sales performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve team efficiency and product knowledge.
Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance meetings to discuss challenges, opportunities, and improvements.
Maintain discipline, accountability, and adherence to company sales processes and policies.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, institutions, and partners.
Collaborate with MIS, marketing, and operations teams to ensure lead flow and conversion.
Motivate the team through effective goal setting, recognition, and performance-based incentives.
Identify process gaps and contribute ideas for workflow automation and efficiency improvement.
