We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Team Leader

to oversee, guide, and support a team in achieving operational and performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow. Set clear team goals, monitor progress, and evaluate performance. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Motivate the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Delegate tasks and ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and accurately. Act as a point of contact between management and team members. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback. Identify training needs and assist in upskilling staff. Handle escalated issues or customer concerns with professionalism. Maintain documentation, reports, and performance records.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office and relevant industry software/tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Pay: ₹200,168.29 - ₹1,120,925.90 per year
