We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage sales of unsecured personal and business loans, both through an in-house team and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of loan products, team leadership skills, and experience working with DSAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives focused on unsecured personal and business loans.
Handle and coordinate with external DSAs to ensure consistent loan sourcing and conversion.
Drive sales targets for both in-house and DSA channels.
Monitor performance of team members and DSAs.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all loan files.
Resolve escalations from customers or DSAs effectively and promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and DSA partners to ensure business growth.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; submit reports to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in loan sales, with exposure to handling DSAs and team management.
Strong knowledge of unsecured personal and business loan products.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer skills for reporting and follow-ups.
Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Finance, Banking, or Business).
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ?17,000 - ?18,000 per month
