Required Qualification & Experience:

Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields Minimum

5 years of experience

working with local communities or related stakeholders in natural resource management Strong leadership background with proven experience in managing field-level or community-based programs Proficiency in Hindi and familiarity with

Kumaoni and Garhwali

dialects Ability to coordinate with government departments, local institutions, and project teams Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise overall implementation of field activities in assigned regions Facilitate planning, monitoring, and evaluation of community-based initiatives Provide technical guidance to field teams and ensure quality interventions Conduct meetings with VWSCs, Gram Panchayats, community groups, and stakeholders Prepare reports, field documentation, and progress updates Ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
