Experience: 3-5+ years in UK accounting; managing 4-6 FTEs Education: ACCA (Q/Part-Q) / CA/CA-Inter / M.Com/B.Com

What you will do

Lead a delivery pod (4-6 members) across bookkeeping, VAT and year-end accounts. Review financial statements, VAT workings and tax packs; ensure QA gates are met. Capacity planning, work-allocation and SLA management; drive automation and SOPs. Front-line client communication (calls/emails); manage expectations and change control. Coach, upskill and performance-manage team members; support hiring and onboarding.
