Statutory Town Planning / Development Schemes
Land Pooling Schemes
Transit-Oriented Development
PPP Transaction Advisory
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall
management and administration
of all project components during
design and construction phases

Provide expert
advice on procurement and bidding processes
, including tender document preparation and evaluation.
Supervise
construction activities
, ensure
quality control
, and manage
contracts
effectively.
Establish and oversee a
Construction Management System
and
Project Performance Monitoring & Reporting System
.
Assist in resolving
contractual issues
and project-related challenges during implementation.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of:
Progress Reports
Project Completion Reports
Schedule and manage the
mobilization and demobilization
of technical and support staff as per project requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination
In-depth understanding of urban infrastructure development
Expertise in contract and construction management
Familiarity with procurement regulations and PPP frameworks
Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
