Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Set daily/weekly goals and monitor team performance through regular feedback and training.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for driving showroom sales and customer engagement.
Oversee customer interactions and ensure a seamless buying experience--from inquiry to delivery.
Coordinate with other departments (finance, service, administration) to streamline overall processes.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular product and sales training for the team.
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline; MBA or relevant diploma preferred.
5+ years of sales experience (automobile experience a plus).
Previous team handling or leadership experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
