Job Title: Team Leader - Telecalling (Office-Based)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 (CTC) per month (based on experience and performance) + incentives

Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month

Incentives: Work performance incentives, full attendance incentives, new idea/innovation incentives, and process optimization incentives.

Language Requirement (Mandatory): Candidates must know a minimum of two languages from the following: Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil. Knowledge of more than two languages will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule: Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Weekly off will be Sunday and company-declared major public holidays. After completion of 6 months, employees will be eligible for 1 paid leave per month as per company policy.

: MediaTechTemple is looking for an experienced and confident Team Leader to manage and lead a team of telecallers in an office-based setup. The role requires strong leadership skills, multilingual communication ability, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers; monitor daily calling activities and team performance; allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups; conduct regular training and performance improvement sessions; handle customer escalations and ensure service quality; maintain attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies; ensure daily and weekly call targets are achieved.

Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in telecalling, BPO, or customer support; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet targets; basic working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems; multilingual proficiency as per language requirements.

Training and Additional Information: Training duration will be 4-5 days and is unpaid. No leave is permitted during the training period. Final selection will be based on trainer evaluation, and the offer letter will be issued via email after successful completion of training. MediaTechTemple does not charge any fees at any stage of recruitment.
