• The Team Leader would be responsible for project delivery, support and drive resource decision making in collaboration with the Project Management Lead, track customer satisfaction and resolve customer satisfaction issues
• Lead the hiring process of TD&D personnel in Hyderabad by reviewing CVs, processing applications, running interviews, offer approval process and undertaking onboarding activities for new joiners
• Lead the Performance Appraisal, Development Discussion, Succession Planning process for the team in Hyderabad
• Contribute to developing of detailed project plans and service estimations to task level for specific projects managed and delivered out of Hyderabad
• Determine roles of team members based on service requirements, timeframes and budget
• Proactively assist the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps
• Serve as primary interface with the clients on project planning and management for Hyderabad/Dublin specific projects
• Contribute in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of services

Minimum requirements
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:

Essential:

• Degree level & Masters in related learning and education area
• 10+ years of proven commercial experience managing projects or driving key initiatives within the online learning industry

Desirable requirements:

• Pharma experience is essential (knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks within the digital space gained for previous local or global roles)
• leading and managing project resource/people management/ planning across multifunctional teams
