Your Role

Job description:

To lead and assist members in the team and be point of contact for projects with customers. Your mission will be to support the Distribution centres/Product companies/Customer centres with high quality services in customer screening for Atlas Copco ensuring Atlas Copco does not trade with restricted, sanctioned, and unverified business partners.

Your responsibilities will include the following aspects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Follow Best practices, operational red-flags, research methodology for the following areas
  • a) Counterparty profile (Registration, Regulation, Geography, Industry)
  • b) Types of legal entities, their ownership and management structure
  • c) Screening (Sanctions, Sanctions Exposure, State Ownership, Politically Exposed Persons and Financial Crime Adverse News)
  • d) Risk assessment
  • Responsible for routinely monitoring various computer-generated worklists.
  • Responsible for applying written parameters and protocols provided by Global or Regional Trade Compliance.
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of positive matches.
  • Responsible for the timely escalation of any positive matches that you are unable to resolve.
  • Responsible for executing daily work per Atlas Copco\'s processes and policies.
  • Responsible for translating and researching business partners in local languages to assist the
  • Global or Regional Trade Compliance teams in their decision-making process.

Functional Requirements and Specific Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for properly completing your shift, including clearly communicating the transition of incomplete items or issues.
  • Responsible for immediately reporting any account access problems.
  • Responsible for immediately reporting any account technical issue(s) (e.g., enterprise software, proprietary screening software).
  • Attend (on time) and prepare (when necessary) for Atlas Copco meetings.
  • Responsible for accepting calls and other communications while working on a shift.
  • Responsible for reporting fluctuations in order volumes.
  • Responsible for organizing and prioritizing work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
  • Responsible for continuous learning in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
  • Must adhere to Atlas Copco policies and procedures.
  • Should be able to manage additional activities assigned along with core responsibilities.
  • Require working on Fraud Prevention Process with flexible shift timings (24*7) basis business requirement and adherence to the team roster.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Should be a Graduate with 6 to 8 years of experience having good command over written spoken English at a business level.
  • Must have a high level of business acumen and reasoning skills, including the ability to document the decision-making process.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and Internet research skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and colleagues in remote locations.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Working knowledge of Computers (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Quick learner of new systems/technology
Good to have:
  • Understanding or experience of SAP is preferred.
