About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven

Team Leader - Fundraising

to lead and manage a dynamic team of fundraisers. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing fundraising campaigns while guiding your team to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong understanding of fundraising or sales operations, and a genuine passion for social causes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of fundraisers to achieve individual and team fundraising targets. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement. Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners. Coordinate and oversee field campaigns, donor meetings, and fundraising events. Ensure the team upholds the organization's values and maintains ethical fundraising practices. Prepare and present performance reports and updates to senior management. Identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance fundraising effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Social Work preferred). 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or team management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets. Passion for fundraising and making a social impact.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
