We are seeking a TEAM LEADER for demat account openings.

Note:

Freshers are not eligible to apply. This position is exclusively for experienced professionals in stock broking, sales, and marketing who are seeking career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Applying candidates should have previous brokerage experience(must). Generate new leads and expand the client base for demat accounts. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members. Guide and support the team to achieve individual and collective targets. Monitor team performance and ensure consistent progress toward goals. Address escalations and resolve client or team-related issues effectively. Achieve team targets consistently on a month-on-month basis. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
