Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Team Leader - Telesales
from the
education sector
to lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in student lead generation, counseling, and admissions, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance and achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of
telesales/telecalling executives
to achieve individual and team
admission and revenue targets.
Plan and allocate daily calling tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure
timely follow-ups
on leads.
Train and coach team members on
sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, and CRM usage.
Track team productivity, maintain performance reports, and share regular updates with management.
Handle
complex or escalated inquiries
from students or parents effectively.
Ensure
high-quality communication
standards and a strong customer experience in every interaction.
Work closely with the
admissions and marketing teams
to execute lead generation and conversion strategies.
Analyze team performance metrics (calls made, leads converted, revenue achieved) and recommend improvements.
Contribute ideas to enhance the admissions process, lead management, and telecalling scripts.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in telesales or B2B sales
At least
1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
in the
education sector
(e.g., Edtech, Byjus, College Dekho, Educational institutes).
Industry Preference:
Candidates
from educational background
with a strong understanding of student acquisition and admissions processes.
Compensation:
Rs.30000/- to 40000/- per month
Work Schedule:
09:00 to 18:00
10:00 to 19:00
