Job Title: Team Leader (TL)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Health Consultants. The TL will monitor performance, ensure lead conversion targets are met, and guide the team toward achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of 10-12 Health Consultants.

Set daily targets and monitor achievement through reports and reviews.

Conduct coaching sessions to improve communication and conversion rates.

Evaluate agent performance and share feedback with management.

Handle escalated customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in telesales or BPO operations (healthcare domain preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Proficiency in English and one South Indian language (Tamil or Telugu).

Target-driven and proactive in team performance management.
