Convert inquiries into qualified leads

Schedule
meetings or counselling sessions
with study abroad counsellors.
Lead, monitor, and motivate the tele sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Track team performance, call quality, and conversion ratios.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate closely with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth lead handover.
