Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage

leads generated by the marketing team

. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Explain and promote study abroad courses

and international education opportunities. Convince and counsel students regarding suitable courses, countries, and universities.

Convert inquiries into qualified leads

and admissions prospects. Schedule

meetings or counselling sessions

with study abroad counsellors. Lead, monitor, and motivate the tele sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Track team performance, call quality, and conversion ratios. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate closely with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth lead handover.
