Ensure achievement of daily and monthly collection targets
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and call quality
Coach, train, and motivate team members
Handle escalations and ensure compliance with collection policies
Requirements:
Prior experience as a
Team Leader in Tele Collections
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
