Qualification: Any degree Experience : Minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in recruiting people to retail sectors. Skills : Team Leadership Negotiation Management Microsoft Office Sound understanding of retail industry dynamics, Screening Global Sourcing Recruiting Roles and Responsibilities: *Lead the team to source candidates via various job portals and screening the resumes according to the requirements.
*Scheduling the interview of candidates.
*Develop and maintain strong database of candidates.
*Interacting with the candidate, doing initial screening, understanding their competencies & skill sets and making them understand the job role.
*Following up with candidates and employers regarding interviews and mobilization. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
