The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of relationship managers or dealers in achieving business targets related to client acquisition, portfolio management, and investment advisory. The role involves overseeing daily trading operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving overall team performance in the stock market domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of equity dealers, advisors, or relationship managers.
Drive sales and business development for equity, mutual funds, and portfolio management services (PMS).
Guide the team in client acquisition, onboarding, and retention activities.
Monitor clients' investment portfolios and provide periodic performance reviews and rebalancing advice.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal company policies.
Analyze market trends, research reports, and financial data to support investment decisions.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and sales skills.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
NISM / NCFM certifications (Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds, etc.) mandatory.
4-7 years of experience in the stockbroking, wealth management, or portfolio management industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
