Summary Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa. Answer telephone calls, provide accurate information and handle appointments. Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients. Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits. Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered and process payments. Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery. Qualifications .Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum a year of work experience as a Spa Receptionist/ Or Desk Assistant in hotel operations. .Excellent phone etiquettes and communicational skills are a must.
