Job Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products.- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary.- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, fostering high performance.- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated customer issues promptly.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.Pre-Requsities:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in software sales, with prior leadership or team management responsibility.- Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles, preferably including SaaS experience.- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Skills:- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.- Proficiency with CRM and analytics software, such as Salesforce.Why to Join?The role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional who can inspire teams, drive growth, and deliver excellence in a fast-paced technology sales environment.
