Position: Team Leader - .NET DevelopmentResponsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks effectively across the team
Design scalable architecture and define technical specifications
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using .NET programming languages
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Guide team members in debugging and refactoring existing code
Oversee deployment and integration of fully functional applications
Plan and execute upgrades to existing programs
Document technical procedures, development processes, and team workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and Product Owners
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Requirements:
Minimum 12
+ years of proven experience
in .NET development with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in MVC, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 3.0
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to coach, motivate, and manage a high-performing development team
