We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader - Real Estate Sales to manage, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and hands-on sales experience in residential/commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives
Drive site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor performance
Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
Maintain MIS, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth documentation
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years experience in real estate sales
Proven experience in handling and closing deals
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve targets and manage pressure
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
Local market knowledge preferred
