Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of telesales executives focused on the Tamilnadu

region

. Set clear daily/weekly sales targets and ensure the team achieves individual and collective goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to improve conversion rates. Drive

lead generation activities

through calling, CRM follow-up, and database management. Collaborate closely with the

marketing team

for campaign coordination, promotions, and lead follow-ups. Maintain updated records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM software. Handle escalated calls or complex customer queries as needed. Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and share them with senior management. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for improving campaign targeting and messaging. Ensure the team maintains professional communication standards and complies with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in

solar, electrical, any product related sales and Manufacturing industrial sectors

. Proven experience in

team leadership and sales performance management

. Excellent communication skills in

Tamil and English

(Malayalam is an added advantage). Good understanding of

CRM tools

, reporting systems, and target-based performance. Strong coordination and

team collaboration abilities

with cross-functional departments. Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Location: Coimbatore Head Office Working Days: 6 days a week Salary: Based on experience + Attractive Incentives Immediate joiners preferred
