Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales executives; set daily/monthly targets; conduct performance reviews and skill enhancement sessions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

: Develop and implement tactics to achieve sales targets; oversee the entire sales cycle; assist in closing complex deals.

Performance Management

: Monitor team KPIs (conversion, satisfaction); analyze sales data; provide support for underperformers; ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.

Customer Relationship Management

: Ensure prompt customer greeting, address complaints, and follow up post-delivery to guarantee satisfaction, acting as a brand ambassador.

Operations & Compliance

: Ensure adherence to dealership policies, manage paperwork, and coordinate with marketing/production for smooth operations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in automobile sales, with leadership skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of vehicle features, models, and financing. Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
