Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor sales activities, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Coaching & Training: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance the skills and performance of sales representatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies and ensure effective communication.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and resolve customer escalations to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Recruitment: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members.
