1) Qualification - Graduate / MBA / BTECH
2) Experience - 5-7 years in Passenger Car Sales
3) Oversee the entire customer sales journey from initial contact to closing, ensuring best practices are followed.
4) Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to expand the customer base and maximize sales revenue.
5) Train team members on new car models, features, financing options, and market trends to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
6) Track sales team performance against key metrics, provide regular feedback, conduct coaching sessions, and offer support to improve performance.
7) Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
8) Ensure Timely Resolution and Closure of Customer complaints regarding sales and adhering to TAT.
9) Schedule Home Visits to provide Demo / Test Drive.
10) Ensure Timely Follow up of Leads sourced from multiple channels strictly adhering to TAT.
11) Ensure the sales team adheres to all dealership policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
12) Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior management.
