Nagar, Virar West, Palghar - 401303, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office (Onsite)Job Summary:Call 2 Connect is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader specializing in Motor Insurance to join our team in Virar West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead a team of insurance advisors, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency to meet targets. This is a day shift role with Sunday fixed off.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team handling motor insurance processes.- Ensure achievement of team targets and KPIs.- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution.- Prepare and present performance reports to management.- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.- Coordinate with other departments for operational alignment.Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum 3 years in motor insurance (mandatory)Age: 25 to 35 yearsGender: Male & Female - Both can applyEducation: Graduate (any discipline)Languages: English & Basic HindiShift: Day Shift (09:30 AM - 06:30 PM)Work Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday OffInterview Process:Mode: Face-to-FaceTime: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PMLocation: 8th Floor, New Viva College Of Arts, Commerce and Science, Y.K.
