Job Description

Position: Team Leader (Real Estate Sales)

Experience: 4-8 years

CTC : 40K to 55K (Depend on the interview)
Location: Pune (Hinjewadi phase 2)

Roles & Responsibilities:



Supervise, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. Call and follow up on assigned leads, guide the team on lead handling, and drive conversions. Visit potential clients and arrange customer visits to project sites. Respond to client queries promptly via calls, emails, and meetings. Conduct corporate presentations, prepare proposals, and ensure client expectations are met. Maintain professional relationships with clients, offering support, information, and guidance at all stages. Identify potential projects and opportunities within the Pune real estate market for business development. Set clear sales targets for the team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals. Delegate tasks effectively, set deadlines, and ensure timely execution. Monitor team performance, prepare detailed sales reports, and share updates with management. Recognize and reward high-performing team members to maintain motivation. Address conflicts and resolve issues within the team to ensure smooth operations. Recruit, train, and coach new team members to develop their sales skills. Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and innovative sales approaches. Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives. Ensure CRM data is updated accurately for tracking leads, follow-ups, and closures. Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events to boost visibility.

Desired Profile:



4-8 years

of experience in real estate sales with proven leadership skills. Strong knowledge of Pune's real estate market, current trends, and competitive projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

Hindi/Marathi and English

. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team. Skilled in negotiation, closing deals, and client relationship management. Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets. Proficient in using

MS Office, CRM systems, and online sales tools

. Must have own vehicle with a valid driving license.
