Job Description

The Team Leader plays a key role in supervising a team of executives involved in sales, client coordination, field visits, and lead follow-up. The role focuses on driving sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales and site-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Sales/CRM Executives. Assign daily tasks such as client follow-up, site visits, and lead tracking. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of sales Conduct regular team meetings, performance discussions, and training sessions

Sales & Client Handling

Guide the team in handling inquiries, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. Support the team during client meetings and negotiations when required. Address escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure trust and long-term association. Build a positive, high-energy, goal-driven work environment. Identify training needs and ensure continuous skill improvement. Encourage teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
