We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Team Leader

to head our Sales and Marketing department. proven track record in team leadership and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to meet admission targets. Plan and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies. Identify and explore new markets and outreach opportunities. Support the team in implementing marketing campaigns and partnerships. Monitor and report on team performance regularly. Provide training and support to team members. Coordinate with other departments to align efforts with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
